Longs disposal is ordinary. Always rushes it on his boot without looking at options.

Re: 85 Tackles for 3 Frees
Anyone defending the umpiring tonight should start following another game. I can cop a few missed descions. We had a few go our way also, but the blatant ones that were missed tonight was bordering on flat out incompetence. Ratts had every right to bring it up as the umps do need to be held to accou...

It's all about technique. And you don't perform said technique when the little devil is on your shoulder talking too loud for you to think through what youre doing. Right now he's all over the shop. Remember he's only a kid still. It's now up to the staff and senior players to get around him and sor...

Great pickup. Was always going to take a few games to gel with the others but he's finding his groove and we're a better team for it.
Big game for him next week.

Re: Ladder Position- 11th
We'll need a Frawley or Carlise next week. I'll assume Joyce comes out. With Paddy in form, I give us a small chance to beat their midfield but we'll have to play out of our skins. Can we kick enough goals though? Must, must, must keep Stewart accountable. Do not kick it anywhere near his vacinity. ...

Re: Is this Ryder’s last season?
Becoming one of our most glaring issues. We'll need a premier ruckman in the next year or two. Ryder is one serious injury away from retirement and Marshall is too valuable as our 2nd ruck going forward.

The penny's dropped and he's simply playing within his limitations now because he now understands them. Also gone are the trying to "kick the skin off the ball" attempts he used to do, which almost always ended up in a turnover. He's a better footballer for it. Really happy for him and the...

Re: Hunter Clark's two goals
Style really reminds me of Lenny Hayes... Reckon if he develops that same elite attitude to his prep, he’ll be as good if not surpass the great man. Maybe won’t be as tough but looks to be more skilled Agree but with that Nicky Dal ability of seemingly slowing down time around him, thrown in with P...

Re: What is Max King's role in the team ATM?
Just shows what this guy is capable of. I was starting to think the 3 goal best was starting to be a little psychological hoodoo on him but he's broken it now. We'll start seeing the bags more often now.

We are desperate for another tall KPP. Wilkie and Highmore aren't the answer. I'd play OC. At least see what the kids got otherwise why keep him on the list? If Carlise is fit them he plays I guess but I've got a feeling he's on the outer with the coaches. Oh and keeping playing Bytel. FFS. We need ...

Yeah it's pretty amateur hour stuff from a "professional"organisation. AFL and clubs should be on top of this stuff. It's not hard.

Jack Sinclair you proved (again) I know SFA. You are terrific JS and I am embarrassed I didn't see that coming. Apologies for the ignorant criticism. Seb was impressive. P. Hunter looks like a real good pick up - even though Pittonet, excuse poor French accent, was just about bog. I was underwhelme...

I reckon we're going to see a breakout year from Josh. He needs to be played forward all year. Reckon he may win a game or two of his own boot this year. Very Bullish.

Feel for both Paton and Roughy. Roughy would be feeling awful right now. Rotton luck. Sounds though we may have found one in Highmore. Already calling him Wilkie 2.0 Hopefully he can play tall and small. Webster has to get a run now also. Will be good to see Jimmy playing under Ratts. Hopefully the ...

Gun. We made off like bandits with Wilkie pick.
I was saying to a mate the other day, with Wilkie running around its like Dempster never left. Sean was such a great lock down defender and Wilkie showing all the same signs.
Congrats to all involved. Great pick up.

Re: Sincs and Taking His Game to the Next Level.
Sincs has always been a slow burn. This may be the year we see the fire. If players like him can improve even 10%, we are going to play finals. Maybe even Top 4.
Paton and Long are the other two I'd like to see big improvements this year. I think they both have another gear in them.

Re: scratch match this morning
If we add MW to the forward mix
Wood Marshall Gresh/Higgins
Butler King Membrey
That is a nice looking forward line.
Wood gives us another excellent marking option.
Billings Crouch and Steele would also be rotating in there also.
Can't see a spot for either Lonie or Kent unless in for injuries.

Re: Welcome Mason Wood
Good players can go backwards in the wrong environment and when the team is in a rebuilding phase. Everyone's confidence goes down and it snowballs from there. Especially if a player and coaches aren't on the same page. Roos have been down for a few seasons now. Couldn't have been great (as we know ...

Re: Robbo replacement
A big young key back is our most glaring deficiency at the moment. There hasn't been a lot if noise about OC so maybe the club isn't sure what he'll become. We'll need to recruit a young key defender sooner or later. If only MKing had a bro...oh wait...
