I read that Jarrod Molley has left his coaching gig. I reckon he'd be a beauty. He provides great commentary on the ABC and knows the game and the forward line inside out. He's not very popular around here given he was critical of our game plan on 04/05 but he was right on the money.

You can't lose all three AE. You'd be trading away a large part of the club core. I agree that all three are tradeable - given the right deal - but only one could go, two at most. And it wouldn't be Monti given our desperate lack of midfield runners. I think the most logical thing to do is to draft ...

Keep Dal. Trade Kosi. End of rant. Have to agree Winmarvellous. I agree that it's the world's shortest rant. A four worded rant. Impressive. I agree that they're all trade-able, it just depends on what we're offered. I think a first round pick and a player would tempt the club with Kosi. Dal? I dou...

Unfortunately Dermie has the record to back it up. I was interested in Dipper's comments pre-game on 774 yesterday. He mentioned that 18 of the players involved in the 85 premiership loss to Essendon started training the day after the Grand Final. Now that's discipline. I wonder if Dermie was one of...

Chivers

I watched a reply of the Casey/Coburg game on telly last night and noticed that Chivers did a few really nice things in the last qtr. I've heard he's training with Casey but that doesn't make sense given that it looks like he has some potential. Where's he at??

Our stars don't look as good because the support is not there. If we have 22 contributors like we did in 04/05 then Dal and Kosi would be standing out a lot more. It's why Bartel and Ablett look so good now because they playing in a tough and talented unit across the team. I mean, they're good, real...

Wasn't X clarke chosen in 2001 ahead of J bartel??? Bad decisions by incompetent people = failure Who would you prefer? Ashley Sampi? Not everyone gets it right all the time. X is recovering from a hammy. He'll be better for the run. I think the general concensus on here is that a premiership team ...

Geelong are absolute masters of 'the flop' too. Whenever a player looks like getting caught he takes a big Italian soccer star dive. The defender only needs to breath on their back and the banana brain umpires are all over it...

It started in the first qtr and was relentless all day... They cost us a goal in the first qtr when a Geelong player had a snooze on the ball at the top of the square... Geelong players at both ends of the oval constantly took on their men, got caught, did a 360, went to their knees and then ...

There's no conspiracy towards the Saints...it's more of a direct bias towards Sydney. The treatment of A Goodes at the tribunal has been laughable this year. And the Jude Bolton farce stands as the most recent example of their contemptible behaviour. Heaven only knows how they'll treat Western Sydne...

For mine: X in for Dempster (poor bugger) & let Luke Ball have another week's recovery. As well McQualter (has he actually recovered yet?) might be some threat to Birss. Yep. Good call. X is playing at least. Can't say the same for Bally. Allen or Ferguson are options but really X is a class ab...

Wouldn't bring both back in for a finals game at the same time... remember 05? How could I forget. I suspect X is playing in the two's for exactly this reason. They would be mighty handy inclusions for next week. If these two come good and we play our best football (and not our worst) we might be playing deep into September. With so many Vic based teams in the top 8 it could be a very interesting month.

If Ross saw that video...I think he'd be happy. All I saw was a bloke who: - won the footy; - gave the pill to players with better foot skills (Joey, Dal, Gram etc); - kicked to free team mates; - kicked to 50/50's only when a team mate wasn't free; - gave a ripper handpass to Raph that set up a goa...
