Went to training this morning. The Williams F1 team were there and having some fun with the players. Training a good lively session with the non participants being: Geary, Clark and Higgins running and having kids to kick. Haneberry not sighted and Biling apparently working inside. Coffield watching...

Paddy back is good but we lose a running player in Byrnes who will probably be the medical sub.

From afl.com.au Jack Bytel Conditioning TBC Updated: March 29, 2022 Can anyone explain this, and how it came about? I explained this last week in the training report. I spoke to Tony Brown and he told me that he had a persistent calf injury and had not really trained fully since January. He therefo...

Re: Training 24/3

I think he tenses up in a match when everyone is relying on him to kick it.
At training he is far less tense and kicks through the ball better.

Training 24/3

Went to training this morning and I was impressed with the energy by the players. Zac Jones was running laps which was a great sight. Also doing laps were Billings, Clark and Hannebery. Everyone else in full training with the senior players in black though I only counted 19 or 20 Standouts from what...

This doesn’t seem to tally with his brother’s comment that he is tracking well and keeping up with training.
If he is very I’ll how is he training?

Re: Zak, where art thou?

If that’s what it is there would be no need to start the suspension until round one.
Suspended players are able to train and play practice matches.

Also four misses by Higgins in addition to refusing to pass to Gresham in space, and kicking it to where two Collingwood defenders were.

Hard for a big man his age to get over calf and Achilles issues.
best of luck to the big fella.
The big challenge will also be his conditioning, he was in great shape in 2020.
Tony was talking about Bytel

Re: Blue baggers v saints AFLW.

We were a mediocre team and then lost our best two players who were both midfielders.
Dal needs some early draft picks but with four new teams next year we probably won’t get them.
