I agree with most of your list. I think Murdoch can be a good player. I'd put him I defence as a guerra type player. His a good build and a very neat kick. I don't know what his defence qualities alike but that's where I feel he could fit in the team

In terms of trades we might be able to land one of GC or GWS's compensation picks. I think #15 & #20 respectively. Although there's not much trade value on our list.

You gotta be in it to win it. They might make the grand final but have mental pressures of winning it based on expectation.

I feel Shenton has more scope than Weller. Minchington will probably get delisted. Not kicking enough goals for a small forward and not getting enough possessions to become a midfielder.

I think plugger made it pretty clear.. You can put Longer as a forward and he might do better than Stanley but defensively it would be like playing 1 short on the field. He might kick 2 but the non-existent defensive pressure might allow the opposition teams to score 3.

Interesting whether the reduction of the cap for the next few years sways in favour of the slower or faster players. There is only about 4 quality afl midfielders on our list (3,7,11,20). The rest are just role players. Dunstan I'm hoping can join that group. It's a bit of worry if he can get a game...

Probably Dunstan if he continues to improve in the next 3 seasons. Was the U/18 SA Captain. I think St.Kilda want to groom Jack Steven as a leader but I don't see him being one.
