I was at the Subi game on Sunday, as the boys were leaving the ground I told Rixxy to come back to St Kilda. He laughed at me. :( Clearly the talent is out there, it's just a matter of if we have someone to spot the talent. Would gladly let the club hire me to do the WAFL scouting next year.

When are forward movement improved in the second half he came into the game and was a big factor in us getting across the line. A few times he put in the extra effort to crash a pack he could only just get to.

Not his best game, but a solid performance.

Armo back in for sure, missed his attack on the ball at times last night.

Would like to see Dempster go with Goodes I think, he has the pace to do it.

It's worked twice against Carlton. I doubt we'll see an opportunity to use it again in the future.

Was a great move though, and Zac appeared to really enjoy it.

Irrelevant as the Swines have all the incentive and Brisbane none.

Sydney know a 120 point win should secure them a home final regardless.
If that's the case Sydney are pretty s***.

Though if she really wanted to test her amazing skills she'd pick a Cahill, a Heyne or even an Eddy 8-)
Why would she curse our team with a Freo like injury list?

NRL scheduling gets priority, so only at ANZ if no clash.

Ross has kicked the lazy out of players before.

Just because we pick the bloke up doesn't mean we have to play him if he isn't putting the effort in.

Saints need some long term thinking and planning. Not sure exactly how Fev would go but if you think it's simply a matter of dropping him in the forward line then have a look at how the lions went with him and Brown in the team. I don't know if Walsh will or won't make it but he needs his opportuni...

Just because we give Fev a go doesn't mean Walsh won't get picked ahead of him if he deserves it. Agreed. If he's good enough, he'll get a gig. if not, he's just got to to get better. We're not a charity. That's it, and having two blokes (three if we count Kozi?) fighting for the FF gig can't be a ...

Paul Roos has said multiple times that they only let him and Schneider go because they couldn't fit them in the salary cap.

If we are serious about having a real crack next year then it's a big YES. We of all clubs should know how much the media over plays things, and they've made this bloke sound a lot worse than he really is. You can't say no to a forward of this quality if all you're giving up is a rookie spot. The da...

We do get a reasonable rest going into this game as it is... given how long it took us to find form I wouldn't flirt with it by resting players unless they definitely needed it. The OP didn't say we should rest players THIS week but the next 2 weeks if we should win. It makes some sense to rest a c...

Seeing as there's not a lot to gain from the draft over the next couple of years unless we traded players to GWS and got picks way over the players real value, won't happen. May as well see what we can do in the off season. We know that Ross likes some of our kids, so if fit they will get a chance i...

I would have thought a week is fair, if it was before the good record reduction. The rule on this is pretty clear and has been for a few years thanks to Lance Franklin, it's disappointing, but I would take it. Sounds like Nick's legs could do with the week off anyway, and we know we can win without ...
