We have been fixated on recycled players rather than kids. We have also made some questionable calls with some early draft picks. If you look at our 7 first round picks up to 2009: Clarke and Mini have been mediocre; Armo, McEvoy and Lynch all remain in the "jury's out" category; Lovett a...

If Ross actually plays Blake in the role we've seen him play over the last 2-3 years then I have no problem with him being included in the side. The opening two games I don't think anyone could tell you what his role was. On McQualter, was he that much of an honest footballer last year? He seemed to...

It depends what his role in the side is to whether he is expected to get that many touches. We saw last year that Jack Steven can be a match winner, and there are signs that Stanley will cut it too. Other than that we've not given any one else a go really. I don't think our gameplan has favoured kid...

Stanley's timing at centre bounces was laughable, really can't see him cutting it as a ruckman, he may be learning, but with some of his efforts you may as well have put Steven in there. McEvoy is pretty good around the ground, but most of the time he gets beaten to it in the ruck contests, can't te...

Some of his kicks were poor, and his defence near to non existent..

We've been crying out for outside runers, we have one who can get 30 plus touches, run with pace and kick long. He should be playing on the wing, not in defence. Surely recent times have highlighted this guy is not a defender.

Fact is, we made the last two GFs and almost won both of them with McQualter, CJ, Dempster, Gram, Gardiner and Ray all appearing regularly in our side, not to mention the uber-whipping boy Kosi, thr new "comeback kid" whipping boy Jason Blake, and Steve Baker, an emerging dark horse in th...

Can anyone tell me whether they saw if Milnes shot that grazed the post actually hit it? To me it looked like it didn't and Milne apparently thought so too as he was off sprinting for the bench. Definitely looked like it did on tv, could see the balls path change. I can see everyone's frustration w...

Personally i think with out game plan, we dont need a tagger in the midfield. its so tight and clustered everyone struggles to find space. I understand having a defensive stopper for your Johnsons and Didaks when they are forward. But as for a midfield tagger i see it as a waste. Why not another at...

Originally rated a top 10 pick and had one mother of a slide in how he was perceived. A lot looked and didn't touch. Makes you wonder what he was doing wrong. Has already been disciplined at least once this year for being late to training. 30 seconds late... But have heard stories that would make y...

I like how we continue to say no about players that are going to cost us next to nothing, when we've seen players like Ray n Dawson come from decent sides where they couldn't get a game and turn themselves into locked in best 22 players.

If we're not giving up much, why not?

David Swallow. Realisticly, if Jack Darling continues to slide I would love to nab him. But I think he will be gone before our pick. Was touted as top 3 earlier in the year, but has really dropped down the list. Kids a good player, but from what I've seen/heard he's a massive prick, attitude could ...
