It's blatantly obvious we had poor leadership from our senior players out there when it mattered, unlike Richmond.
We have some senior players that are simply not good enough and have to make way for new blood, otherwise we're going to continue to just make up the numbers.

Ross has had his time too. Senior players who have no vision and butcher the ball need to go. Never going to take this club to the next level.
