Re: What do you make of Richmond destroying WC?

Eagles are crap, reckon they've lost the plot. Sure they're missing a few, but they are mentally shot.

Re: Umpire descent

Pity I can't spell, I thought the subject was 'decent umpire', and I was going to argue. Isn't it ironic that the dissent is typically as a result of a very bad or incorrect umpire decision. So not only is the team penalized by the original dubious decision, they are further penalized by the extra 5...

Re: Heath

Pity the trading rules don't allow us to sell a spare ruckman to Hawthorn. They're probably so desperate they'd almost certainly pay 'overs'.

I'd be OK to give up Campbell for their 1st round draft pick next year.

Re: Rowan Marshall

Thought Marshall may be carrying a bit an injury yesterday, but a very brave game nevertheless. Marshall is great value around the ground, a solid addition to our midfield. Ryder is an outstanding tap ruckman, to be honest I never realised just exactly how good till he came to St Kilda. (expect that...

Re: Changes for next week

Just put Hayes in the middle and let him go where ever he sees fit. Small’s can feed off him and the opposition can worry about tagging him. He is big, clever, flexible, fit, strong and mobile. Thank goodness he appears to be able to handle the step up. Paton Howard Wilkie Webster Highmore Hill McK...

Hey 1965 Saint, you can't burn your membership any more, and you can't even microwave it. So how do we symbolically 'protest' our membership?

Re: Changes for next week

Reckon Luke Dunstan would've contributed a bit more than Owens last night....but Brett Rattan's not a fan....hope the club holds him accountable... 3 x small forwards didn't work last night, and didn't work last year, suggest we stop doing that. Our midfield is diabolical. We've got Jack Steel and n...

Hey Curly, thanks for the dedicated thread, I appreciate it.

The AFL has lost $squillions over the past couple of years. Would it be cynical of me to think the umpires may be encouraged to support the big drawing clubs?

I am a "person of a certain age", which does not mean I am a dumb bastard. But, for the life of me, I cannot see how having to own a functioning smart phone and having to waste time loading up a "ticket" each match I attend is an improvement on a system that has seved us well fo...

I'm pretty happy with our 'top up' recruits (except Hannaberry). Reckon depth will be crucial this season.

Such a pity that our 'home grown' early draft picks, Billings, Hunter Clark and Coffield are injured at a time they are due to blossom.

Yeah mine is the same. Have the same AFLW game on 2 channels and a holding screen on the channel we’re meant to be on 🤦‍♂️
Same here, this sucks. I'm not interested in AFLW.

Hanna Green just won a mixed gender golf competition by 4 strokes. The only compensation for the lady players was the t-box, which is considered appropriate given women lack the strength of men. It's a bit like Weight-For-Age horse racing, where fillies and mares typically have a 2kg advantage. My p...
