maybe as a forward this year, not as a ruckman, pretty easy to put a knee through his rib cage at that weight. His priority is to pack on the pounds. His diet should be B'fast 4 eggs (whole) 1/4 puond of meat 1 piece of toast with butter Lunch 1/2 pound of meat or cheese or part thereof 12 oz of mil...

Diet plays an important factor as well. From my perspective I think in these sort of chronic injuries that the controlled use of otherwise banned substances may be able to aid in the recovery process. If you or I had this then we'd have access to a much larger range of substances that can encourage ...

I weight train quite a lot these days as do a few of my mates, and we all seem to have 3 to 4 weeks off a year at some point. I think it is necessary. It allows little nigling injuries to get a rest (the ones not worth mentioning to your physio) and refreshes your mind and spirit. It only takes 1 we...

Once again the need to have some form of social club in St Kilda. Also if we keep the lease at Moorabbin with the current 83 pokies or whatever, then surely it is turning a profit???? Has anyone got the financial figures on the Moorabbin lease and how much the actual building is generating at the mo...

Home is Where the Heart Is.
Firstly, I would like to congratulate the new board on what seems like a fantastic opportunity for the St Kilda Football Club to improve its on field success. In the process has also ensured our clubs survival into the future by once again relocating to a growing area. Home is where the heart is and...

the key is gonna be around his contract requests I think. I hope that he asks the clubs for a 3 year deal (which noone will touch) either way to guarantee with late pick we may have to pay through the nose. Will be interested either way, I really hope we get him. Also depends on outcome with veteran...

If we get a social club in St Kilda then I for one will be singing the St Kilda Saints them song for about 24 hrs straight. I'm g...

Offer him a 3 year contract for huge money that increaes in the back end, with a retirement clause that if he retires before the end he only get paid 20% of the contract value or something. there has to be a way for us to pick him up with 42 or so, and convince everyone else to have hands off. The c...

I would suggest that it probably is a result of a massive falling out with the Council. Maybe, there dealings are now past even a semi working relationship. As i've said, wouldnt' be surprised if we end up back at Moorabbin if there is a change of council in the future. They'd beg to have us back. B...

and what sort of bunch of council tools misses out on 10.5 million dollars worth of develpment in their suburb? The morons should go and do an economics degree. With the multiplier effect you could suggest that it would generate as much as up to 40 million in the direct community and possibly an ext...
