Thought he got his match ups right at the start - cough cough It was embarrassing how fkn wrong it was and the fact it took until HT to fix his mistakes with obvious moves a local reserves coach would make Here’s a tip Go to the match day thread Look for the post - move the fkn magnets - check out ...
If you want to encourage a player you don't drop them to the reserve competition every time you suffer losses. The coaching and the development was inconsistent A player's improvement isn't always linear. Instead of dropping senior players or pets like Gresh or Billings, it was usually Long or Acres

As painful as it can be to watch St Kilda playing poorly, I have long ago decided that there's no point getting all worked up about it, getting cranky at players or coaches only adds to the misery.....
8 Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera (STK) 7 Mason Wood (STK) 5 Elliot Yeo (WCE) 5 Callum Wilkie (STK) 3 Liam Duggan (WCE) 1 Paddy Dow (STK) 1 Liam Ryan (WCE) Nasiah voted best player on the ground No votes for Windhager from coaches but his team mates and Saints fans say thanks for doing a great job 👍 Wilkie...
Once again, fans are focussing on a couple of errors from Bonner and forgetting everything else that he does well in each game
Not sure what plans Batchelor and Lenny have for Schoenmaker for this year...but Bonner won't be dropped until the time comes when Arie is ready to come into the side.

Clark will never have the running capability of a top line mid but can certainly rotate through there. Given his managed TOG he was probably short of a gallop and this is why he was not promoted sooner. Agreed. I think his main issue is still his strength and fitness. Going to require a lot more ha...
West Coast is one match. Better to look at the year as a whole How are St Kilda mids going this year compared to the competition’s stars? The results are a bit of a surprise. Doesn’t fit the narrative that some are pushing on here and in the media Jack Steele has limitations, but disposal efficiency...
Another thread high jacked by the usual Introducing such presumptive dribble Yes, we get it Lyon, in the financial circumstances he was in at the time, took the money and ran from St Kilda to Fremantle And now the despicable turncoat who should have been castrated for his offence has, by invitation...
It's painful watching Longy and the Blake They were two of my favourite Saints Blake seems to be really enjoying his footy. Helps when a coach allowed him to settle in one position. He's cemented himself as a very important cog in the Carlton team. Benny was originally recruited by Stewy Dew to play...
One of the last stoppages on the boundary . Less than 30 seconds left on the clock until the final siren Reid and Windhager. Push and shove. Reid hits Windy with a karate chop to the throat. It's not easy to see because the camera is panning from a distance. No close up. No commentators saw it or ma...
As you say, it's difficult when there's mass changes every week Team is now settled...so no changes for next week. Crouch helps mentor our VFL squad. Winning form is good form.
Also of note is the midfielders each side has delivering the footy. Even if they swapped game plans. Hmmm Seb Ross - Noah Anderson? Can't see a difference there. That's not fair on 4 guys in our team...and I'm not talking about Sebby, Marshall, Paddy Dow or Mason Wood. We have good users. They play...
Jack Steele was on Reid in the first quarter and kept him quiet. Steele was released in the second quarter and Dow went to Reid. Worked alright most of the time until WC had a dominant period at the centre bounce and Reid, being untagged and alone on the defensive side of the ball up, capitalised. ...
The players generally reflect the positivity radiating from the coach. Ross's energy and enthusiasm and his confidence in his players was quite low. Perhaps his confidence in in his own ability to develop a young list wa lmks low It's never fun walking on eggshells during the week and then again on...
