McEvoy was a future skipper for the Saints & a very good ruckman,2 things you can build your side around & two things we lacked for several years!It was a bloody shocking trade,dual flag winner & a very well respected presence at the Hawks!

He is contracted for next year but has not extended his contract like Windy,OWENS & Hayes!
If he does want to go home makes sense to have an open & honest discussion with him & get at least a little currency back for him not like what Cripps did to us going back to West Coast!

Bytel will possibly be at another club & NWM is homesick so the story goes,should we really play them if that is the case?

John Mcintosh is up there in my top 10 saints even though he barely play 50 games could kick either foot 50/60 metres & could play anywhere
