Re: The official Saintsational Hal Hunter supporter club
Interesting that Hal's Mum is Principal Scientist at Melbourne Water. I wonder is she independently lab test Hal's Blood and Urine so she knew herself what was going on. I'm going with not a hope in the world. You've been so wrong, on so many things of late, that no one is taking any notice of you ...

Re: Celebrity saints- or High Profile
The A-League boys at 442 Forum recently did a similar list, but basically used the criteria that "you have do more than one photshoot/media opportunity with the club jumper" to be seen as a legit fan.

Re: Carlisle ban?
I have always hated Essendon, so arrogant. No sympathy for any of them included JC. I wish we didn't have him. Trouble from the word go. They all got what they deserve. In fact they got off lightly, just ask Amed Saad. I agree, I think most reasoned observers think that Saad was hard done by.

Re: Rushie is a Financial Saint
That is right Rushie. From my perspective you are now a member of the Saints family. Thanks mate, with each day I'm starting to wonder why I leaned on the Blues in those 'just find a team' years after 1996. I think I might be able to add something to the Saints. Chat soon. Rushie .......... If you ...

Ask about Saints relationship with Kingston City Council, and how the club plans to work with Council to get club HQ back to Moorabbin.

Re: Carlisle ban?
Can I throw a very left field question out there? (It's an 'inquisitive' query, treat it as nothing more). OK here goes - did the Saints hire Jake C as a defacto Science experiment, knowing full well that a WADA ban was imminent? (i.e. probe him with questions and regulate his blood tests, about wha...

is it worth giving Channel 7 a call? They were doing TV rights back in 1996? Was Optus/C7 around then?

Re: Dustin Martin
With these issues, and if you are going to address them, you look to cause, not outcomes (ie the act of violence). In regards Batty and the reference to her in this thread, if you go to her website it is administered by a PR Consultant, and, per se, there is nothing amiss with that. But, if you res...

Re: Dustin Martin
I’m a bit suss on this case. The chick involved worked at Channel 7 and the media of late have been wanting to make ‘violence against women’ an issue. Rosie Batty (who I am NOT a fan of) had just been to Vic Parliament in the week leading up to this. Unless Dustin is a complete farkwit, most sane pe...

http://www.smh.com.au/afl/afl-news/adelaide-crows-fined-2500-under-asada-provisions-20151215-glo1n7.html A forgetful Adelaide player has cost the AFL club $2500 under ASADA provisions, after failing to provide the league with an up-to-date address. They have become the ninth AFL club to be fined for...

SS Buying Some 2016 Memberships and Donating Them to Sick/Un
Hi all, Pinching a bright idea from the Wellington Phoenix (A-League) fans, but what option is there of some here (happy to help out too) raising money, buying (say) a 3 game 2016 Junior membership and donating them to sick/underprivileged kids? The Phoenix model: http://www.yellowfever.co.nz/catego...

Re: Rushie is a Financial Saint
Who is Rushie, i'd say yet another egomaniac that follows StKilda. Do we have more than our fair share of them or are we on par with the other clubs ? Hi mate, I think the Essendon case is a once-off, in terms of the in-depth research required, and I doubt that I ever will look at an off-field AFL ...

Re: No telling who you may run into ...
Several years back (summer period 2010/2011-ish) I was at 7-11 Doncaster, and Ross Lyon walked out, as I walked in. Once I recognised him, all I could blurt out was “good luck for next year, mate”. He stopped, looked at me and said “yeah, thanks mate”. It was summertime but he was wearing the Saints...
