He has a lack in effective kicking at times and has made the obvious blunder or two. But so has every person playing competitive sport at any level.

To put it bluntly, Richo doesn't get sacked now (esp given that they've extended his contract, but too early for mine) but he's on notice... He's been given a solid amount of time to rebuild and to be honest, for the most part, the trajectory has been good. Even this year when things have stagnated...

He has regressed in areas this year and copped it on here but I too have given him a pass due to his injury he has carried. I do hope he can gain some confidence back. He seems to have lost that growl that came from knowing he would get the ball, take a mark, land a tackle and kick a goal.
