Can't remember who it was against, but Wow Jones whacked someone in the middle of a pack at Moorabbin, outer-side half-foward, South Rd end. Actually saw the swinging arm under the pack and outline of the bloke in the pack as he lifted into the air before finishing face down in disneyland. I think h...

I am starting to believe that any regular senior player that has a significant injury history has been deliberately rested or put into the rehab group for any open sessions and done as much as possible of their real training behind closed doors, in an attempt to keep our cards as close to our chest ...

Common sense would suggest that the modified interchange rule plays a part in this decision. I would imagine that as both players have an extensive injury history the fitness staff want to buld them up slowly and steadily at a preset rate which will be compromised by having to go too hard too early ...

I'm with Enrico on this. Used to think good things of GT. Thought he did a good job to begin with, and was the right guy for the right time. He then started losing me in 05, and I thought he handled himself very well when he first got chopped. Unfortunately his behaviour through the media gradually ...

For mine, there was so much wrong with 07 that I don't see any natural improvement at all - injuries aside of course. Your world must be a dark, cold place indeed! You don't think any continuity of play and further experience will benefit Raph? You don't think a full AFL pre-season will improve Arm...

I would like to know if any of those who are able to predict what will happen in the coming season with such certainty and clarity are prepared to lend me their crystal ball for this Saturday's tatts numbers? I have now seen everything. Naysayers and prophets of doom a month before we even start the...

Why not consider a Prius? Cost you much less to run and lots less CO2 emissions. I know you're going to love my suggestion and rush right out and buy one. Yeah, I thought about it, but there are two problems: 1) my vehicle costs me nothing to run, it is part of my salary package 2) I don't like the...

Unless they've plastered the back of the car with Jeld-Wen sponsor's labels most of the Holden folk won't be aware of that. Little mean there ford boy - especially as I am about to change my BA XR8 for the current SS. Brilliant engine in the ford, great response and most easily revved V8 I hav ever...

My ego is so huge that I had to build an extra wing onto my mansion just to house my ego. But with the loads of dough I have it wasn't an issue. Naturally I hired a contractor for the job as I was way too busy satisfying hordes of supermodels. Between that and my first hobby of international race ca...

Didn't big tony make #14 his 'own' before changing to #4 after all; he had played 80 games, won a brownlow and kicked 300 goald (117 in 1987) Exactly right. Thommo may have started in 14 as well (can't really remember now) but I remember Burkey playing in number 29. Anyone remember Kosi and X-man's...

Luke Ball. If he can get anywhere near fully fit he will remind a few knobjockeys on here why he is so highly rated. Watch the different dynamic in our midfield if teams have to go back to tagging him and Lenny - Dal will be like a new player without the problem of a top level tagger, an increased i...

I would hope that Melbourne teams would stick together and vote NO. 17th team let alone more, decreases the possible revenue, it statistically decreases your chances of winning a flag, and given that the AFL willl be keen to see them succeed you can basically hand a flag or 3 straight to them with ...
