Saints still haven't finished giving their arguments. A little worried though, if we have gone in trying to use the argument Baker told the truth. Thats what convicted him in the first place. The onlything that will make them take notice is if it goes to a real court where standards are generally m...

Wearing a St kilda jumper immediately sets 200 activation points at the tribunal. Ex-Saints and tribunal members Burke and Loewe should be deeply ashamed of themselves. they have a system to work with and cannot step around it regardless of who played for whom and when and you cant see why baker wa...

Gehrig surely couldn't be allowed on an AFL field again after his violent tackle on sweet little Thornton! And Blake will be in trouble. I saw him jump straight at Gilmore (completely unprovoked) in the center a few times. AND I am amazed that Dal has not yet been cited for trying to swallow Barry ...

It gets better. The AFL gave Kirkwood copies of both Baker's and Farmer's statements to the investigator before he was to give evidence. What reason was there to do this other than assist in setting up the lie? Where did you get this snippet of info? If true this is prime rebuff material in any app...

Re: So will farmer be fined $15,000 for telling a lie???

He told the Panel tonight that Baker was NOT in front of him. Panel found that Baker was. So will Farmer be fined for telling a lie to the Tribunal??? So Jeffery thought he was behind Bakes. This is probably why he slammed his face into Bakes. More proof that Bakes did not initiate the contact if y...

Yep

We win the tapsa but were being flogged in the first quarter in the clearances.

How important are rucks? I leave this for consideration. Not much value IMO.

Why do we continur to give goals to the opposition by poor kick?

Umpires are not to blame for this.

Why do we always seem to have Maxy injured in the first quarter? Is his preparation for games not correct?

Leadership - Who owns it?

This is an extract taken from the Prioirty Management group. The Four Competencies of a Leader Keep your eye on the task, not on yourself. The task matters, and you are a servant. Most organizations need somebody who can lead regardless of the weather. What matters is that he or she works on the bas...

Its good to see that Brisbane and Sydney have to play each other.

Also Brisbane are yet to play Geelong and Adelaide (AMMI).

Sydney also have the Hawks, Adelaide. C'mon Adelaide.

I wonder about that. I always used to get a little peeved when GT recited the lines after games such as; "not following KPI's", seemed to be "a lack of effort", too much for too few, yes there were too many passengers". The reason is that when things go wrong, what did he do...

No matter how look at this, I firmly believe that we have lost some midfield quality in the last 3 years and not added enough depth in this area. Other teams Hawks, Bombers, Kangaroos, have continued to develop in this area, as alluded to in the replies to your post. These teams are doing well now. ...

I welcome the discussion. In 2004 I was saddened to see th loss to port as I firmly beleive we had the goods to beat Brisbane. Brisbane were really struggling at that stage of the season and only just beat Geelong (who were not bad but probably the weaker of the top four sides that year). The earlie...

In how many games have Voss, Brooks and Watts been close to BOG? Voss has been in our best players since he was dropped to the VFL. Brooks had a slow start to the year, but has been in the bests 5 out of the last 6 weeks (possibly 6 of 7) Watts was (only) averaging 2 goals per game before his 7 goa...

In how many games have Voss, Brooks and Watts been close to BOG? I would be expecting these guys to be in the best players nearly every week before the move to the senior list. OK Watts kicks 7. He is not that quick and the at the next level this could be as low as 2 goals. With our wonderful suppor...

I still believe speed or perception of pressure by the opposition contributes here. How often have players ran into goal from 20-30metres out only to score behinds? Answer: Many in the last 5 weeks. Why? They are not settled balanced, drop the ball incorrectly to foot ie not doing the basics require...
