Yep - I've followed them since the sixties. Grandparents lived close to Moorabbin & took us along.

Have followed the rocky road ever since.

Only that picture in ??the age late this week which showed Nick in earnest discussion with the fitness guy Misson and Ross.

Article raised the question of whether something might be amiss.

My absolute first impression of Ross was that he has seriously aged about 10 years the past few months - think he's been feeling the heat big time. His less than animated conversation style doesn't worry me too much - I think the content is pretty good. You don't have to talk fast and loud to be an ...

He did look like he'd done his hammy didn't he - but seems it might have just been cramp. Doesn't seem to be listed as an injury from the game and i don't think he was iced up from what I saw. Hope he's o.k.

Yep - two essential things needed to survive as a Saints supporter Loyalty Optimism I take a bit of time after each catastrophic loss such as yesterday to get my equilibrium back. Stopped watching after the 3rd quarter and swore i wouldn't listen to the other results, watch the news, read Monday's p...

Happened to notice about 4 very loud very obnoxious Collingwood supporters amongst level 1 reserved seat holders on Friday night. Seemed fairly intent on provoking saints supporters. I really felt for the kids sitting behind them who couldn't see a thing as they stood up frequently as well as anyone...

Channel 10 [I think it was] reported along the lines of 'in further injury worries for the Saints, Ball suffered an ankle injury in Friday night's game'.

Didn't speculate on his availability for Brisbane game.

My overwhelming thoughts re the crowd were - what did the Saints get out of this in terms of a home game?? The lack of noise from the crowd was breathtaking both when the team first ran on, at disputed decisions and most obviously when we were only a kick from the lead at various times. Not sure tha...

Think you've summed it up very well Lenny. Pretty sure we would have won with Roo tonight. Maybe would have won with Allen tonight - don't have to tweak the whole team.

I think 'oddly encouraging' is a good description too - sensational improvement in the midfield but bringing it down to a non existent forward line.

Sadly, Fraser isn't giving us anything. Even a moderately effective forward line should have given us a win on toast.

Look - I have a reasonable amount of respect for Caro as a journalist but I think this was an overwhelning case of the 'crushing weight of expectation' on Caro to produce an article in a very quiet football week. After all the story of the dissappearing note in our trophy cabinet happened quite some...

Just wondering if you got a chance to watch the replay at any stage Enrico. I found and others agreed we had a fairly altered view of the game after seeing more detail on the replay. For instance the boys just looked so ineffective so often at the game but their intensity, desire, fatigue, and effor...

I can't quite work out how we won in some ways but could see the sheer determination of our boys to fight it out in the second half got us over the line. One of the players was quoted [for memory] in the Hun on Monday as saying that Lyon implored them at half time to lift their game so that the year...
