Yes , I'm almost sure this was mentioned on ABC radio over the weekend ??sports central. The presenter for memory mentioned that he had been talking to Ross Lyon the night before and that the Saints were interested in Richard Cole.

The article was, of course, highlighting the very significant grief associated with miscarriage and Harves and Danielle very generously shared their experience. My admiration for Harves has doubled [if that's possible] given the challenges he's obviously faced in his family life.

Love the dome specially with the roof closed anytime. Sat night probably favourite - nice to have a drink or tea at docklands before the game. Can't stand playing [and losing] on Friday night.

The National Anthem gets me going each and EVERY time saints are involved in a final but the day after 2005 P/F I was very tearful. Such a sad end to the ride after a fantastic trip to Adelaide for the Q/F the week before.

I have to agree with aussierules that we should 'hang on to any shred of heritage that we can' by staying at Moorabbin if possible. Failing that I would selfishly support a centralish location. Being one of those strange supporters who now reside in the western suburbs, Frankston/Cranbourne etc soun...

I agree in particular about the big screen needing to be revived for all interstate matches. Saintsational members were often looking for somewhere to gather during this seas...

G/F?? Hopefully with a bit of improvement on the injury side we've got as much chance as anyone else. Hell yeah!!

Just a shocking time of year when the ride comes to an end, specially considering that we should be in there. I wouldn't really care what happens now -have stopped reading papers SEN etc. Good thing is in three weeks we'll all be back on a level playing field.

I wasn't at the game on Sat but heard about Fraser on the radio during the game. Even though I had suggested to a few that it might be Fraser's last game, I still gasped out loud when it was confirmed. Was very fond of Fraser. He was so talented and so funny. Have to say that his shot for goal after ...

I don't know that many would agree but do you think more credit should be given for the durability of a player in terms of just how often they're available for selection? Thinking of say Sammy, Max maybe even Lenny - we all admire their courage and kamikaze exploits but on balance we need them on th...

Another thing that really concerns me is the weight that 'the medical report' can be given. I mean the fact that a medical report isn't too bad doesn't neccessarily mean that the offenders actions were potentially any less serious.

They all seem so hung up on Bakes agreeing that he did 'initiate' the contact but he's actually just initiated the blocking movement. Bakes shouldn't be convicted of perhaps misunderstanding the subtleties of the wording.
