Coach worked in a job full time (policeman) and coached St. Kilda part-time.....not even part-time, more it was a few evenings a week & on saturdays. Most players had full-time jobs, or were full time students and fitted their footy around their careers. All were grounded in reality....... I gue...

Remember folks this is my recollection and my INTERPRETATION of Aussie Jones' interpretation of what he thinks could be happening with the Saints at the moment...... Some of Aussie's words I can recall verbatim, but mainly this is just a general summation of his reflections.

Did anyone hear Ausie Jones on ABC radio re Saints gameplan?

Do different TV coverages show different images?

Apropos of the issue of the despicable tactics of certain Swan's players taking Nick Reiwoldt's legs from under him in at least FOUR marking contests, where it is conceiveable he could suffer a serious injury from such a tactic..... I ask the question what TV vision, if there is an official complain...

I have spent the last week in Perth/Margaret River area and have been absolutely gobsmacked. I always knew that the sandgropers were parochial but I never in my wildest dreams expected the sort of parochialism that I have casually observed here. From TV to radio to newspapers you would be hard pres...
