Re: No excuse for not beating the pies tomorrow.
Haha their youth is much better then ours.. Nah Notice how he ain't here after we have a win = troll Yeah :) We are not ahead of Collingwood and are lucky to be even ahead of Melbourne Why not? Pies played finals recently and now their rebuilds is ahead of ours. Get fair dinkium. They last pl...

Re: Re:
And that's the problem, lost pace with the Bulldogs fine they are exceptional. The pies are BUMS as are Melbourne and we have to be ahead of them! Has anyone commenting here actually watched the pies play this season? vs our effort against Port do you really actually think they'll get near us? I'm ...

Re: No excuse for not beating the pies tomorrow.
Really they should be beating us but it would be great to have a win Because why? Because why? There is not a reason in the world they should be beating us. Cloke is cooked and their missing Swan while we have Rooey, Armitage and Montagna. We should absolutely thrash the pies and that's what I full...

No excuse for not beating the pies tomorrow.
They are 0 and 2 like us (they didn't deserve to beat Richmond), they're young players are nowhere near as good and we've been promoising for two games now, the time is tomorrow. I won't attend another game this season if this pack of bums dog it again under the disguise of youth.

Re: Our Shrinking Membership/Following
But I think the doping scandal will affect Essendon the way that the Norm Smith sacking affected Melbourne after 1965, the trading war with Collingwood affected Richmond after 1982 and the Salary Cap rorting devastated Carlton from 2002 onwards. They may never return to their previous power of winn...

Ugh...on openmike it was mentioned the club has no culture and nothing to be proud of. This is something Dittrich noticed when he transferred from the saints to the demons.

If Carlisle was playing...who has kicked as many as 8 for Essendon he'd be a fair bit more useful down there than Paddy

Re: McCartin - The biggest recruiting disaster of all time
Yeah at least you know Jack Watts is a good kick with an OK contested mark. Where is the space that McCartin will even move into, he may need to go into the ruck or something but jeez, if you can't clunk a few at his height there isn't much hope for you. WORST OF ALL tonight he is getting in Nick's ...

Was the crowd 70% St Kilda? Jeez the dogs are pathetic, sexiest team in the AFL and still can't get anyone other than the homeless and free memberships to their footy ground. It's 10 minutes from Footscrays ffs.

We even have our very own Jack Watts. His name is Paddy McCartin? Carting? I am not sure he never takes a mark so I get confused.

Bottom four, alot of hard talk in here and very little to back it up other than
'I reckon such and such is gonna be a player old Jack'
'Well Brucey your too right and Billings has had two good games in two seasons now, R. Harvey incarnated'

I can't believe anyone actually likes Etihad Stadium though let alone thinks it's a good idea to stay there. The whole football precinct being based round Richmond would be amazing, and secure this great game which grew up in the paddocks of Richmond for the next 50 years. F etihad stadium, F it's l...

Which is it?
The three teams we are better than
-Essendon
-Carlton
-Brisbane
(Melbourne) We lost to them but I still think we're better
(Gold Coast) Can we rely on them to under perform again?
So 13th is best case scenario...

HARSH response what do you prefer prelims and constant top 8 finishes or the a 50% chance of the wooden spoon like the 80s?
I'd prefer to be competing, to be relevant, too be good.
