Re: Dan Hannebery - call it

We paid big overs salary wise because no one wanted to come to our club at the time.

And why would you with Mr Biege as coach ?

Short memories guys - the trade hall we got last year was a distant pipe dream 3 years ago.

The Coff has arrived!

Was that his best game for the club?

Seems to be rising by the week.

Led the backline and allowed Gears to be our forward line enforcer.

Simply outstanding game.

Bytel had a good game by all accounts so perhaps Jones for Bytel.
Be great to see Jimmy Bytel debut. So much hype.

Of the 30 new cases, only I think 8 were from routine testing. The numbers from routine testing are the unknown community transmission- and these are close to only 10 per day and aren’t trending upwards at all, even with the increased testing. What the government aren’t telling us is how many asymp...

Unless our at ToT who has a well known vendetta against The Captain.

As to who to drop - very hard - possibly Jones is quite 100% next week.

Re: Essendon player tests positive to COVID 19

What I want to know is, how can you test positive one day and negative a couple of days later? What sort of testing is going on here? It’s called a false positive. Happens a lot with blood tests. Nothing new here. That’s why there are often re-tests. It’s quite possible the Irishman never had COVID...

Victoria is fine. Andrews has overreacted. We should have 50 person limit in bars and restaurants.

Community transmission hasn’t skyrocketed- it’s stable.

Don’t drink the media hype.

Except a lot of the new cases are not even Victorian residents. They just happened to land in Melbourne as that is where their flight from overseas landed and now they are in quarantine here for 14 days. After that they will catch their connecting flight to wherever they are from. It is while they ...

It was the first time this year I thought it would have been good to have him in the side. Specifically I thought this when Hill and others were kicking dinky kicks to nowhere. Hill, Hanners and Jones are meant to be our gun midfield trio but all were very underwhelming on Saturday. I really believ...

We have topped up with 5 mature players to play finals this year - well, that was the pre COVID plan - or if not finals, to be very close to the mark.

Just because we got rolled by a top side playing out of their skin for a half doesn’t mean we should throw the baby out with the bath water.

Jack looks better in a Saints jumper- the Cats strip doesn't suit him. My mother told me tht vertical stripes were better they made you look thin. horizontal hoop stripes just make you look FAT. His body looks like a 6 month old Great Dane.

His arms look weird in relation to his skinny midrift.

King’s biggest challenge is working with his evolving body shape over the next 2 years, when he will then be in proportion.

I’m expecting he could be a similar size to a young Buddy when he’s 21

I’d at the very least have Nathan Brown as an emergency and select him 90 minutes prior IF the radar suggests it will be a wet weather game.

The G dries very fast so even a wet morning and dry arvo means dry weather footy
