Jack Billings appreciated big time @ St.Kilda
I suppose the J.Clarke initiative reminds most of us just how much we are excited about the progress Jack B. is making. Our young guys are doing well in their development and will only get further help from the good recruiting that has already landed us the likes of Jack Billings. Essendon will prob...

murdoch media is TRASH
Wouldn't be surprised that essendon may be resuming their self-elevated view of themselves - raid the less wealthy melbourne clubs aka 'the serfs' to benefit themselves'. St.Kilda is building good stability and an exciting team. Jack Billings is an important part of that. Personally I don't like the...

From early on in the season when Bruchey got our heart rates elevated and kept slotting the 6 pointers with sweet regularity I was rapt for our good fortune. I'm Very happy for Josh to make it through the season in good shape while producing a memorable marking and goaling highlight to cap off my me...

Blues & Lions compo picks bad for Saints
Here's some gloomy news that could eventuate according to the SEN panel (today around 2:00PM) If Kreuzer leaves the blues for a $500,000/annum salary & Leunberger leaves the Lions for the same money each club may well collect a top 5 pick as compensation to go along with their top 10 picks alrea...

If Parish out of reach then who @ Pick 9?
Sounding like Pick 9 may be our first dip this year with the academy situation up north squeezing our options in the top 10. Just wondering who we may be more likely to land around Pick 9 as i'm hearing it mentioned. Does this influence the recruiters to look a bit harder @ Collins (for defence) ove...

I respect Indigenous players including A.Goodes
I think the vast majority of Sainters are not interested in treading down the racist path. Apparently the Swans CEO commented that all was well. As an aboriginal player I respect Adam Goodes and his football skill & achievements. I always felt proud of Nicky Winmar making his stand against the s...

Saints in for Aish & maybe Kelly ?
Saints94 » Fri 28 Aug 2015 10:48am said "I'd prefer Josh Kelly, for pick 6 & next years second round pick. been doing the rounds on bigfooty". I remember Kelly was very highly regarded in his draft year. Sounded very professional and a relentless runner. Haven't been following his prog...

Schneider calls stumps
Schneider produced many memorable and silky contributions to the St. Kilda team that played 3 grand finals.
Always enjoyed his contribution over the years.
Good luck for the future Schneiderman.

Impressed with Jason Holmes
I was very happy to see Jason have such a good first game. Jason's leap, tap-work and energy definately helped to energise our Saints on Saturday night. After the two years of training with the Sherrin I think he is bringing plenty of positivity to our team. Well Done Jason! Have a great 2nd. game. :D

Nathan Wright Keeping At It
Nathan has had a few telling injuries and made it back into the team the face north. There are speed and tenacity factors that make him appealing. Like Markworth I hope he has a good run free from injury. Perhaps another noteworthy performance and good pre-season will set him up. Nathan's tenacity c...

IF THE 2015 DRAFT WAS TODAY
If we had pick # 6 on National draft day would H.Balic whet the appetite or would most of us Sainters be wishing for Parish or another as our prefered bet?

MCG vs The DOME
Looking fwd to the reemergence of fortress dome once again in the near future when all opposition clubs feel a bit edgy confronting the Saints @ their home ground. I think the players will warm to the home ground advantage once the wins become more regular and the crowds get closer to capacity on a ...

1 game in for Hugh - so far so good but with the inevitable loss of experience from the very professional AA Dempster & Chips and not having their input by the time we're hoping to be top 4 I'm sure the club will be keeping an eye out for KP defending talent. I hope Del continues to blossom but ...
