I'm sure Richmond would be hating it if it was Harv's last game. From memory (and it's a little foggy) Burkey's last game was against the tigers and we did them by 80 odd points. Let's hope it's not and we still get the result though    After getting people a little upset, really goo...

Okay, we have a pretty intense situation brewing for round 22, but FAIR DINKUM, try and relax a little.

I was merely speculating... that's all :?

Sheesh!!!

I really didn't mean to get people so wound up over this.

Anything is possible in just 1 week of football, right?

You do realise this means you'll have to be quarantined before attending your next Saints game, don't you?

And to answer the thread topic, I wouldn't support anyone.

Announcement to be made in the week ahead?

Will the announcement we have been dreading (for the past couple of seasons) finally be made over the course of the following week? If so, perhaps this could inspire the players to produce the greatest miracle (next to '66) in the club's history ...that's providing all goes to plan, in that we defea...

This reminds me of round 22 of '92 when we had to rely on the Eagles to beat the Blues in order to finish in the top 6. The Eagles cained 'em of in Subi and Spud and the boys had a bit of a celebration before getting prepared for the week ahead. And what a great week that was! Knocking the filth out...

They're an extremely well coached team.

Sure, can't see why they wouldn't employ this kind of strategy.

I'm still extremely bitter about Barry Hall getting to play in the 2005 GF. You have a good point, AOK. The Bakes incident should have been the straw to break the proverbial camel's back. What's a good plan of attack? Perhaps starting a movement for concerned fans of Victorian clubs for a little sol...

A good mate of mine's father (who is a Geelong supporter) played golf with Sam once and said he was one of the worst and most unsporting people he'd ever played with.

Slightly on a different tangent to this thread, but true story nevertheless

If they win, it'll be because they want to win for themselves.

The league is a dog eat dog competetion where clubs don't do favours for other clubs.

Making the final 8 would be like winning a minor premiership, IMO. We were almost done for at the mid season break. I think we have shown quite a bit of character to get where we are in the second half of this season. Unfortunately, the last quarter fade outs against the filth and bulldogs could com...

Who fills Baker's shoes?

I can't see Stevie getting much out of this appeal (if anything). My guess is the best result he'd get would be that his suspension gets reduced from 7 to about 5 weeks because of the lack of evidence against him. We don't have the sway and $$$ for the best lawyers (or QC's) money can buy like certa...

Tribuneral will probably charge Bakes for headbutting

The story sounds plausible though.
I mean none of the Dockers players remonstrated with Baker after the incident, or did they? ...can't remember.
