Field kicking is a disgrace.

Worst I have seen in 25 years I reckon.

Yes its terrible. Players have completely lost confidence but thats what happens after some very bad defeats.

Agree 100%. The first quarter was the worst display of field kicking I have seen in many years. The third quarter was almost as bad.

I found myself berating players today, which is something i haven't done for a while. It's just so damn frustrating, particularly the hesitation by so many players to kick to a teammate who had 15m space on their opponent, then stop, hold the ball, and then a few seconds later kick to a contest or land the ball in between team mates. Bewildering.

No tam can even be competitive with that kind of kicking

do our skills coach have any skills to pass on its either over heads or too short, up too high to someone under the pump also poor defence trying to mark instead of spoil ..just so many poor decisions.

How often did we have someone (usually Roo) who had run hard yards to get on their own.
Then we calmly chipped it over their heads.
Or drilled it STRAIGHT AT THEIR FEET!

Not sure what our efficiency rate was today but it must be one of our lowest ever?

Unfortunately, regrettably, it's been a disgrace for a few years now. I blame the Recruiters
