Collingood were in trouble for false advertising relating to membership this year.

He and his wife received a 12-month good behviour bond and were ordered to pay $1000 into the court fund. Details should be up on The Age website before too long.

I can imagine what Finey will get worked up about his court appearance .

That no where in the newspapers or alike is there an article that starts with
"Well known media identity Mark Fine appeared in court today............."
