IMO. If he wants to to coach and has the fire, he's the best that ever was.

4 flags don't lie, pretty sure he's had enough unfortunately.

I hear Tom Hafey wants to coach again as well.

Problem is they are both getting on a bit.

Could be an option, although it is doubtful. A few years while grooming a replacement would be good.

I was thinking that Lethal would be great to get on-board as I watched the half-time discussion on 7 about lying Rossy Lyon.
He hasn't been out that long and would certainly bring some extra toughness to the side.
I reckon it's worth looking at.

He's past it.

It's one hell of a job remember.

Gotta be 100% committed.

You could probably talk him into it. But we did that with Blight.

Fair point, but one more stab? Of all the 'existing' coaches, Lethal is all I could imagine.

So mad, pi$$ off Ross you mercenery bastard. Inexcusable, gutless fraud couldn't face the players and jumped the first plane west. Coward.

+1

This suggestion totally smacks of Blighty. Throw everything at him, blah, blah.

I don't think he would coach again but maybe he would consider a role like Thompson's at Essendon. Young up and coming coach with Matthews to mentor him would be great.

At the end of last nights telecast, there was a poll on who out of us and Freo had the better list. I only got the end of it but did Lethal say he thought we had the better list? Bruce said that he thought that he would be in the minority.

Lethal might be good for the selection panel for the new coach but that's about it.

This was my thinking also..in the mentor role with a Scottie Burns,Mark Neeld type in the slot..please,please let it not be chocko,Wallace or Eade !!!! :x

Lethal did say we had the better list then aded "in 2012". Suggesting Freo had more to look forward to in the future.
