That is the worst training post by this club in the last ten years. It basically says come down to Franganistan sometime tomorrow morning and you might get lucky, other than that just bugger off.

At least you have opportunity to have a go at the advertised training, you couldn't of done that last year ;)

I put on the sunscreen/hat on and packed the jumper/brolly and needed it all today!!

Not heaps to report on really. Light session today from the squad playing tomorrow. They looked pretty sharp in the light rain though.

Earlier the others were training, Ray, Wilkes and Archer out there. I can try to answer some questions from what I saw, there were only about 5 supporters watching so might not get many reports.

Thought Wilkes looked ordinary in the earlier session, dropped two gimme marks. Grammie was with the senior squad, but didn't see Schneider. Ray, Polo and Winmar with the earlier group. Curren was running around the boundary on his own, didn't appear to be injured. No Clarke.

From what I gather this year the training session the day before the game will always be available to watch ( Just may not be advertised )

Schneider did what seems like a fitness test at the end of the main session which I noticed as I drove off. Just him and a handful of officials.

Winmar looks stronger and bigger again, I did notice that - he is starting to look more like it which is good. Lever (I think) really looks a likely type just ftom a physical pov.

Kicking for goal was horrendus from the first group (kids and others).

Not sure if anyone was there but at the end of first session Arch was trying to bomb torps kicking it about 65, then up rolls a kid who bombed it into the centre circle from full back, didnt recognise him but was impressed! Maybe it was Newnes? Unsure but was impressive...

Just going to guess this - but I would be pretty confident it was Jordan Staley. That kid can roost it.

Thanks to those who contributed on the Training posts. It's good to have an avenue for keeping up-to-date on things.
