Great to see that he finally makes it as one of the "poster boys" for the club. For a guy who was the "Steak Knives" in the Schnieds deal, he has done fantastically.

Demps exudes determination and has been a wonderful team man since he arrived from Sydney. His belief in what he can accomplish is a great ingredient in a team that is aiming to return to higher pastures - up the ladder again.
