Leave your tributes here for Ross Lyin'

But seriously, I wouldn't have begrudged him a flag. Hawks were the best team of the year, no doubt

My guess is one more year at Freo, by the end of next year their best will be past it and legs will be spent from a grueling game plan.

2 years time he'll be at GWS just as they begin to peak! :) Probably help if there's another GFC.

Poor Ross, gets teams up there, but no X-factor as a coach...probably better as an assistant coach

No more blaming the players.

Exhausting and taxing game plan, try kicking "easy" goals after implementing that.

No such thing as easy goals when you're stuffed.

We are very hard on our players.

Eat a dick Ross.

Another chance goes begging.

Nice first half.

Thought I might not mind Freo winning, but saw Lyin in the box and my gut response was, "F*** you".
No sympathy. Glad Hawthorn won.

Well done Ross, time to get into some serious research over the off season. There's got to be a team out there just about to get to the point where you can ditch the Dockers and try to get glory elsewhere as the Dockers start to decline

I'm sorry, you've gone through all the trouble to find out what this actually says and it really is quite insignificant.

Not real happy Hawks won, well couldn't really care, however, I am very happy Lyon lost. He is starting to look like Blight at Geelong, obsessed with a style of footy that can get you there, but wont win it for you.

Except for the sanity nothing much has been lost.

On the dance floor in regulation for a predictable 3 putt.
Good bogey Ross.

West Coast needs a coach. Ro$$ needs a new challenge.
So, for those of us born in the 60's, Ro$$ can go to The Eagles.
Club song - change it to - "Lyin' Eyes"
Freo's song can now be another song from The Eagles- "Already Gone"

Like this. Had the highest free kicks against stat on the ground today. 2 of these cost immediate goals.

Big part of Ross's game plan at the expense of youth IMO.

Midfield clearances and clear winners are needed to make an effective forward line.

You need to protect the ball handler to increase posession efficiency

Actually heard on the radio that it was Hawthorns plan to isolate the forward that had dawson and kick it to them. According to SEN commentators, take it as you wish
