Mistakes on Club Website

Can't help but notice some poor mistakes creeping in to the reporting on the club's website.

For example....

"10 disposals and his first AFL goal against Carlton "

Shenton did not kick a goal that night and is still yet to kick his first.

"If he (Riewoldt) kicks three majors against Port Adelaide this weekend, then he will become just the second Saint to reach the 600-goal mark after Tony Lockett."

Pretty ordinary to overlook a club legend in Bill Mohr, who kicked 735 goals for the saints.


Not good enough coming from the club's official site. Tom Morris needs to lift his act.

According to their Twitter accounts, Holmesby is Communications Manager while Morris is Digital Coordinator. So maybe Holmesby is Morris's boss?

Been happening for long time unfortunately. I remember last year Tom Morris even called Shenton a key defender in an article!!! Very amateurish set up we have going on.

Here is another example of the club not proof reading what is appearing on the club website. “He’s been building nicely and in his last game, all be it a , he kicked three. He’s in good form and that’s the way to come into the team. Think they are meant to have said all be it a practice game.
