Agree completely. It's so unoriginal. Anyone would think that they struggle to hold a conversation with each other and need props as prompts. Yeah, amusing the first couple of years with the Cats - now it's like a pissing competition b/w the clubs trying to be the funniest

A bit like the Footy Show Skits on the last show. Now it's just blokes dressing up as chicks - hilarious! Side splitting in fact. Was amusing about 20 years ago. Why don't they just go full circle and throw pies at each other, or have someone slip on a banana peel?

I'm just not sure why they can't just sit at a pub, drink as much as they like, tell stories till their heart contents, and hang crap on each other. Why do they have to be in some costume?

It has been called mad Monday years before the dressing up. Telling them not to dress up wont get rid of the name Mad and telling them not to call it mad wont stop dressing up. It will be mad Monday what ever they do and changing the name doesnt stop a thing. Just get all the gear approved by the club or stop the dress ups but let them have a drink in private.
