Delany having a really bad game. Feel like he might be comfortable with not much competition for his spot.

Umpires are horrendous. A lot of 50/50 decisions going the blues way and very few with us. Actually impacting the game.

Geary's feet have cost us 2 goals and set up 1. So he's still for a bit to go before he is back to square one. Kicking is VFL development league level, and his clangers are more often than not momentum changers.

Sinclair looks a jet. McCartin will be a star.

I think the intensity has been great, but a few patches it slipped and the blues too their chances (could put it down to young legs/fatigue.

Longer is marking plenty, Geary is rebounding well although his kicking is letting him down. I love it when Jack Steven gets it in the outside and burns away, having Dunstan/Armo/weller/Newnes getting the ball out to him helps his game so much (kicking is still a little worry but not as bad as people on here make out)
Really, really, really like Paddy.
Got it in the first, crashed a few packs, looked like he was going to take a hanger at one point but ended up rolling out the back and we got a goal anyway. Think he presents well and will only get better with time, like a fine wine. We've seriously got one with this kid. Everyone just needs to be patient. Hogan's playing well for Melbourne but he's been in the AFL system for two years already!

Difference between defenders performance.

Big fellas scrag and push and give away frees due to poor pressure from midfielders to oppos ball delivery.

Small fellows tend to give frees or the ball direct to opposition from poor disposals from poor decision making. The latter need not happen 1/2 the time when players kick without forward or side body movement. Geary fails in this part.

Midfield clearances and clear winners are needed to make an effective forward line.

You need to protect the ball handler to increase posession efficiency

How good is it to have three first year players all playing a role. If we continue our recent drafting over the next couple of years we will have a lot to like.

If Sinclar is on Buckley he needs to tighten the hell up.

19 to 7. If they get enough of a lead we will get 10 cheap ones on a back pocket though. So all good. They are ruining footy.
