Stevie "Gold Logie" J
Can suck balls after that classic stuff up in the goal square.
I look forward to him continuing his acting career post footy.

Re: Stevie "Gold Logie" J
Also thought his fake dive late in the game and no attempt to go the ball hurt them
Great player but can become a liability

He just dropped the World Cup.

Re: Stevie "Gold Logie" J
That perfectly illustrated what I cannot stand about Steve Johnson. It's not just that he acts the clown and the media love him for it (when they would savage Milney for similar traits), his lairy stroll in the goal square wasn't just the act of a smart-arse but demonstrated his disrespect for his opponents.Con Gorozidis wrote:When Savage tackled him. That was just awesome.
Just showing off to his fans as if to say "it's all over now!" Guess what, Bozo? You singlehandedly provided the Saints with a spur that kept them in the game!
I've never forgiven Bozo for his involvement in getting Steve Baker that lengthy suspension in 2010 yet he only got a couple of weeks for punching Bakes in the eye.

Yes, but sadly it reminded me of a similar incident in the 2010 GF replay..Con Gorozidis wrote:When Savage tackled him. That was just awesome.

The goal he kicks from a free shouldn't have been paid either, gearys tackle was fine & happens all game without frees.
Didn't hear Scott talking about this after the game.

if scott had any balls he should of dragged him and given him a spray. I get sick of his faux shock week after week at not getting frees. cant stand scott or his twin. 2 of them what did we do to deserve that.dragit wrote:The goal he kicks from a free shouldn't have been paid either, gearys tackle was fine & happens all game without frees.

He might be....I certainly remember him though & still sing the song in my head when I see people jaywalking. I met Hector when I was but a wee slip of a lass.

To be fair the reporter specifically asked about that incident, the same reporter asked Richo about the no 50m penalty in the last minute. They were just digging for something to write about and Scott didn't make a big deal out of it, just said 'in our opinion ....'.dragit wrote:The goal he kicks from a free shouldn't have been paid either, gearys tackle was fine & happens all game without frees.

Fair enough cheers, easy to take out of context... Hate to hear a coach lamenting a late decision when there are probably 30 during the game that could be debated.Griggsy wrote:To be fair the reporter specifically asked about that incident, the same reporter asked Richo about the no 50m penalty in the last minute.
