His initials are BS and I think he gets more wrong than right. But if we arent into Bennell then I sure as hell hope we are into another gun. Because moping along and get shafted in the draft with a pick 10 and 27 or wherever we end up isnt going to improve us beyond treading water in the bottom 8. We need A grade midfield talent and we need pace. It isnt going to fall from the trees. The Swans are going to get their hands on Mills and GWS will get their hands on Hopper. SC Paige is another bulletin artist. If you follow every news article, read between the lines and make enough vague guesses you can get lucky enough the a few gullible folk will believe you have an inside source.

For example if I were to say that Carlisle has all but singed with Carlton, I am nostradamus if it plays out that way. If he goes to the bulldogs instead I can point out how it was a done deal until he decided to play for a bit less for a chance at a flag.

Got a shorter list of indiscretions than Steven.

Of the 40 odd blokes on our list I'm tipping at least half of them have experienced with illicit drugs and I'm tipping 35+ have had a drink or two during the week.

If we are scare of taking him because he's aboriginal and we're afraid he might go walkabouts can we at least be honest about it. As wrong as it is, as politically incorrect as it is my biggest concerns are based on stereotypes but I still think he is worth a pick.

Play hard ball, try and hang onto pick 5 but if he is on the table still as the end of the trade period approaches I think we give up pick 5.

In a weak and compromised draft I will be disappointed if we just use our draft picks. I would use our first for Bennell and our second and a player for Carlisle.
