With Steven only 25 yrs 6 months and Armo 27 yrs 4 months we are now really well set up for a long time.

We just need to keep acquiring top-end talent now to start pushing up the average quality of the team, as after this year lower end picks will not assist us that much (though diamonds can always happen, and so you need to keep churning through players too).

Particularly elite mids whether as FA or as trades. JOM or Kelly next year would be great. Well er this year would bea bonus as next year landing Weller and an elite mid would be hard.

The good: Very even spread of B and C grade players. Really strong depth, right down to the last man.
The bad: We lack class in a major way.

We are, however, very well set up for free agency. We don't have any major earners and understand we've front-loaded some of those younger players on longer deals to ensure there's ample cap space in the years ahead.

We should be able to accumulate the players we need to be top-four material in the next 2-3 years.
