A good example of what's wrong with our defensive structures today- as soon as we lose control of the ball- we're gone. The midfield effort is absolutely unacceptable.

That's a worry...

F*cking typical, will lose by 10+ goals will be a lot of hot air about coming out and responding next week and having 'a solid week on the track'. Will smash essendon next week then the coaching staff will come out and throw the same lines we always hear 'the response was pleasing'.
I'm sorry but after another pathetic piss weak interstate performance I couldn't give 2 sh*ts about how we respond at Etihad

10 in a row they have lost if you didn't know.

Can't play any worse I suppose.

Pisspoor half of football. Try something in the second half Richo. Anything. Make a move

Thats what worries me. Do we rely on suffocating pressure too much? When that wanes (which it will) then it can go to s*** quickely. And we need more guys at the back who can actually keep the footy and pierce their way out from the back.

Looks knackered. They are spending the whole game chasing tails, without the pressure Richo's game plan looks very ordinary.

Once again play another interstate team played into form. Apathetic disgraceful effort Saints.

Whack Riewoldt on him. He's only kicking points up forward anyway.

As bad as the 37 point deficiet is and we're certainly on track for yet another interstate thrashing, we're probably a bit lucky that we haven't yet been completely blown out of the park yet. They should have buried us by now.

Until we have an administration that demands success and a playing group that bleeds for the guernsey, St. Kilda will just be a sh*tty football club.

Pathetic Bruise free football. Party time on the gold Coast. Party time every time they go away.
No pressure
No interest

Saints players look really tired. Last week must have taken a lot out of them.

Where is Jack Steven? Don't know if he's being tagged or not, but he really needs to get into the game.....hardly sighted!!

Positives of the 1st half.... Its over. We are 37 points down however straighten up a little and lift the work effort by 20% and we will wind that back in a quarter. Our defensive efforts are making gold coast look like a top 4 team. you watch the contests its 4v2 4v1 etc. IE the last 5 minutes of the 1st quarter.

Negatives. Pretty much everything. Desire is not there. 2nd efforts lacking, next to no defensive run from the middle. They are moving it way to easily. Not sure why but we just dont turn up when travelling, which makes it hard as a WA supporter to want to turn up.(although i still do) its like they switch to holiday mode as they arent in Melb.....

This is a game we should be winning and need to be winning to show we are moving forward as a club. every year we manage to match a couple of top teams, IE bulldogs last year. But these are the ones you need to count.

They are killing us and revealing to everyone we are hopeless if we can't get the pressure acts going. Spread the ball, slowly progress up the field with lead up kicks and hit a target, can't pressur if they are taking marks.

Apparently we're winning the clearances. What's with our forward setup? Too many intercept marks.
