Boss, I need to take leave for my mental health.
Three months skiing in Europe might be help, I'll let you know when I get back.

Yes it really worked wonders picked me up really good but I'll probably need to do it on an annual basis.
It is for my mental health you understand.
Are you fair dinkum?

As a St Kilda supporter I get depressed at seeing the team losing.
No vision of them winning another premiership in my lifetime.
I have been waiting since 1966.
That's over 50 years.
It is enough to give anyone mental health issues.

The more you know, the more you know you don't know.
When I was a young child, I knew that I knew so much about so much.
Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.

I go to Europe to ski for 3 months every year now I am retired.
The body is pathetic, knees destroyed by psoriatic arthritis ouch those bumps, type 2 diabetes so no leg strength, osteoporosis must not fall, only one screw in the right shoulder, 9 screws and metal plate in the left, overweight and too old at 67 but I manage to potter around on the slopes.
Even dropped in to Notre Dame while it was still there before flying home.

But fair dinkum it is fantastic for my mental health.
If the snow lasted longer and they extended my Shengen visa beyond 90 days I would still be there.

Only wish I could have done it every year when I had the body for it.
But I was required at work.
That was so depressive.

You seem to be making light of Jack's problems which I have read is a marriage breakup with a young kid. Maybe you do not care but most of us do and we wish him the best.

I’m a bloke who takes things on face value. If a young man needs a break, especially one who has put his heart and soul into this club, so be it. Would you rather hear about him doing damage or worse to himself? Just remember Majak Daw if a very lucky young bloke who gets a second chance

Finally someone spills the beans.
He needs to find a happy place to help him through.
That should be with his friends hopefully team mates and around the club.
It won't be sulking at home.
But he also needs to be excused from training when pressing matters arise.
Of course the kid comes before everyone else.

I hope it does not turn into another Gary Ablett senior saga.
He was a dog, not a cat.

Richo was open today in saying that he has no idea whether Jack will play again. Hope he was meaning just this year. 😞

Posters that have admitted they were wrong about Hanna's gastro and the club didn't create a cover story.

The worst thing anyone can do is assume what the extent of Jack's issues are and then judge based on that.
Even if one was to know all the facts you can't know how it is affecting Jack.
What affects you seriously may not affect me the same way or vice versa.

He says he needs space and we need to respect that. He has given us loyal sevice and enjoyment for a long time.
We owe him a break if he needs it.

I have followed the Saints since 1976 and desperately want a flag as anyone.
That is small change compared to what Jack has put in for the St Kilda Football Club without barely a final to show for it.

These posts are embarrassing.

All they show is how much of a simple, selfish and unempathetic person you are.
