Changes v WCeagles

Post: # 1789518Post Jacks Back »

I am presuming that Webster has an injury and will miss. I also heard that Young got a concussion at Sandy.

OUT: Webster (if injured), Long (doesn't do enough), Joyce, Marsh, Clark (maybe)
In: Steven (if available) otherwise Dunstan, Rice, Brown, Hind, White (maybe)

Looking at Sandy there really isn't anyone to bring in for Bruce who is not going good.

Looking at 8cres playing predominantly ruck rover with Ross starting elsewhere. Give it a try richo!!!

Throw Bruce down back to make him more accountable. It may just spur him on.

If we had another half decent ruckman you could throw Marshall forward. That might give us something. Unfortunately he can’t be in two places at once.

Bruce’s fitness is a real worry, and we are bereft of alternatives.

Marsh won't get dropped.

Bring in Rowe.
Rowe/Marsh, one forward, one back, can swap if not working.
Rowe more than capable to give Marshall assistance in the ruck.

From afl.com.au

"Left-footed hard nuts Luke Dunstan and David Armitage reminded Saints selectors of their abilities by piloting their VFL affiliate Sandringham to a two-point win over Frankston at RSEA Park on Sunday.

Dunstan, who played the opening three rounds at AFL level before being dropped, amassed 32 possessions and kicked a goal from outside 50, while veteran Armitage, who is yet to make an AFL appearance this year, had 25 touches and also contributed a goal.

Also crucial to the cause was uncapped midfielder Nick Hind, who was busy with 23 touches.

Versatile pair Bailey Rice and Sam Rowe each kicked two goals.

Out:
Webster (inj)
Joyce (omit)
Gresham (statement - he was rubbish and needs to go back and earn it. Never been dropped, all the others have, I’d do it, send everyone a message!)

Ins:
White for Webster
Brown for Joyce (dropping brown was just dumb selection, he’s been playing well this year!! Dumb selection)
Dunstan for Gresham (he’s earnt a recall)

I would love to see the coaches give this a go.

So, move Ross away from the position he got votes in on the weekend, that makes sense, not!

Lots overrating Acres still, running out of excuses and positions really, maybe, just maybe, he is not that good.

Ross gets votes but votes don't win matches

Ross has helped us win more matches than Acres ever will!

What, and Acres is?

Ross is currently our best mid, Acres is currently so over rated!

Acres needs to step up. Has obvious ability, but doesn’t show it consistently and often enough. The time is now.

As previously stated, I am a female and find it repulsive that I am getting referred to and called male names, shame on you and other's for your sexist comments!

I was of the understanding that this forum was equal for both males and females.

The forum is anonymous, and therefore gender-less, unless you declare a gender.
Why do you presume that twirly and ted are male?

If "getting referred to and called male names" is "repulsive", and "sexist", then perhaps you shouldn't have named yourself after a male!!!!!

I find that most women are sexist and males are careful in what they say - political correctness that allows women to say what they want.

White males have no rights
