I've got a photo from that Hall of Fame dinner where Danny (tried to) induct Plugger - of me standing between Danny and Plugger.
Had to queue for ages to get it, but a treasured momento from two people that I hold in the utmost of respect.

Danny was our Captain and to me will always be our spiritual Captain.
And Plugger was Plugger - the greatest footballer EVER!

The rest of Australia can wander mask-free, socialise, eat out, no curfews, no zoning, no police rings of steel, no illogical inconsistent rules.
They can even WATCH LIVE FOOTY!

Spot on.

Spud was the ultimate captain.

And Plugger was god like - head and shoulders more awe inspiring than Roo or Banger ever were. He was that good. And the other two were also greats.
