Brad Crouch
I am loving his work at the minute
Averaging nearly 30d’s , 6 tackles and 6.5 clearances a game he is clearly bringing an important linking component to our mid field
He is playing with passion and drive
Great to see another excellent #5

Great to see him take on the responsibility and have a shot at goal from 50 when the momentum was with us.

That was a very good kick off one step that went 55 metres.Ghost Like wrote: ↑Sun 09 May 2021 10:52am Great to see him take on the responsibility and have a shot at goal from 50 when the momentum was with us.

Go u good thing
2020 was an aberration, when we travelled twice to Adelaide and won both, beat Tigers early, beat our bogey Swans. 2021 we've returned to our old ways. Damn

Re: Brad Crouch
Our recruiters have coped a huge amount of criticism on this forum recently. Surely everyone can acknowledge they got this one right ? They targeted the right player, called Adelaide’s bluff and secured their player without giving away a draft pick.

Re: Brad Crouch
You’d have to imagine so
I reckon the Crouch criticism was more just angst of the overall performance at the time
Clearly a very good player. Hopefully he can stay on the park

He'll be fine.
Ratts won't make him walk across hot coals like those arse hats in Radelaide did.

Re: Brad Crouch
Was Saints BOG for mine yesterday.
Strong enough to break or take the tackle and still dispose of the ball.
Doesn’t go deep back but links up nicely through the middle.
Hannebery is surplus to requirements for mine, we can’t afford a midfield with Crouch, Bytel, & Hannebery due to leg speed and spread capacity.

Re: Brad Crouch
Midfields need to play as a unit.
The more games he plays with our others mids and rucks, the better he will become.
I think we are starting to see this in his last couple of games.

Re: Brad Crouch
makes a big attacking difference when a mid fielder does not fumble. Oh for a few more one grabbers.

Please put the rider on this...Paddy Ryder.
Let's judge our mid set up without the great man & his accomplice, RoMa.

Re: Brad Crouch
The Haneberry trade has made me very nervous . Crouch is not a 28 year old hack but has had injury issues but IMO has a lot more upside than Dan the man still a big contract ahead of him I hope it works a bit better than the other.

Re: Brad Crouch
He was a free agent
Why would he cost a DP?
If they didn’t let him walk, Gags has already stated that we would not have traded for him.

Numbers are near his B&F year at the crows.
That's why we got him in.

Re: Brad Crouch
Consistently 50% more possessions than either Bytel or Byrnes.
Indicates the level of improvement required of these two youngsters.

Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.

Yep, you'd want to see them to start consistently impacting games over the next 12-24 months. They have the potential to and hopefully, they live up to it.
