Long started to the year is like the teams - terribly out of form. Add to that his penchant for stupid undisciplined acts, he would want to turn things around or he might find himself on the 'delisted' list.

I dont think that he is going to make it at ARL standard. However
He is a confidence player. He either needs to play or not play. He will go to nothing if he is used on the bench.
He is undisciplined and needs direction to be any good. He gets frustrated and appears to be an emotional player. Running off the yellow guersey will not help him.
