Besides the travel, I don't mind it. I think it's up to the players to decide its difficulty. If we open the season 4-0, then it opens up and looks favourable. If we open 0-4, then it doesn't matter what our draw is, we are deemed, rightfully, terrible.

All the teams we play twice I would expect we beat at least once, Freo, Hawthorn, Geelong, Brisbane & Sydney. If that is not declared a minimum then we are all wasting our time & please tell me why we should make finals if we can't do that.

Our players are good enough but will they be fit enough and genuinely desire to win enough. I don't doubt our skipper, it is just how many of the others want to get on board with him.

Mr McGowan said he was joining the rest of Australia on Feb 5 so it shouldn't be a problem. We should be able to go in with no quarantine if everybody is vaccinated

Hopefully we come out firing with the best 28 available for selection.
