Our biggest weakness, and significantly more than who the coach is...the quality of the list. Apparently Ross didn't review the list before being appointed.

Seems Ross is still taking advice from Trout on list management.

this was a while ago already, and Tony Elshaug has moved to a different club. i would doubt he is being mentored by Ross now
