Ok ... we now know where we are at. We are not a top 8 team. The Lyon honeymoon is over. The last few wins have just been 'lucky.' Pathetic Saints.

Higgins cost us the match in the end. Wanted glory instead of playing it safe and guaranteeing a 20 point lead with 5 minutes to play.

Utterly disgraceful. His worst moment in AFL football

Higgins spills a chest mark to ice the game

Hawthorn too powerful

Ross did nothing about another dominant HB

And it results in another loss

Not physical enough without the footy.

Not physical enough to get the footy.

Port showed us up and everyone knows we built to run and can't win ball.

Pooh plays like sh!t.
Doesn't get much of the ball
Fumbles the ball, drops marks.
But keeps on being gifted games because e was pick 10
Meanwhile Windhager and Bytel can't get game.

Another StKilda season unravels before our eyes. Caminiti out for Membrey, Billings in for Paton and find someone who is tall and can play in the backline.

Rugby League would have to be the stupidest, most moronic and over rated game of all time.

After Higgins spilled that mark everyone's heads dropped. There was no run left.
Just take the mark and go back and kick the goal FFS. Too busy planning his celebration

Can someone tell me why the hell Sharman and Paton get a game over Bytel and Windhager and Ross who has the worst disposal efficiency I ever seen get constantly picked! We lost the game because our midfield is soooo predictable. I didn’t mind the Adelaide, Port or even Collingwood loss. But Hawthorn? We are terrible.

Cmon Teffers

Coaches fault when we lost under Ratten and Richo

Is it the players fault now???

They smacked us around the footy, they hand balled through an insipid zone

Should’ve lost to the 17th team by 5 goals

We didn't deserve the win. Hawks were harder and spread more.

Our midfield is C grade at best. The coaches need a rocket as much as the players, as they keep going with the same players and expecting a different outcome. Ross Steele and Crouch cannot play in the same team. Everyone can see it expect the brains trust.
Howard has become a liability in our back line. Bye couldn't have come any sooner.

Sicily 42 disposals

Did Ross miss those. Like he did with Nick Daicos

His main liability is that he is so slow. Unless he can gain a few yards, he'll be consigned to the dustbin.

Slow and loose all day, can’t keep persevering with Paton and one of Ross, Crouch or Steele must make way for Owens in the midfield.
I once had high hopes for Sharman but he doesn’t do enough, although the better side won today we continue to start behind the eight ball with poor team selections.

We'll, unless we get some decent midfielders, we will continue to be susceptible to these kinds of losses.

Completely obliterated by their midfielders

I hope we concentrate on recruiting and drafting the best midfielders from now on ... no second stringers.

Agree with that we look soft
Brushed aside
Midfield slow on outside
Just get the ball outside and we are cooked
Untill we turn over some plodders we are going nowhere
Usual suspects that by foot let you down
What was that Gresham trash out of middle in dying seconds??
Can’t kick 25 - get something for him ffs
Paton?
Byrnes?? Surely Windhager can do better??
Anyway better side all day one and they’ll get good draft picks too while we pretend to be finalists lol

Not enough effort.
Not running hard enough.
Getting flogged in the contest when the ball hits the ground.
They are still getting out of bed when the game starts.

Would the Lyon worshippers like to apologise to Ratten now?
That was as bad as anything in the Ratten and Richie years!
What were our much vaunted coaches doing about Sicily?
