Good nights sleep and calm head it is clear to me the progress that was made this year was a foundation step towards sustainable finals appearances. If you compare 2020 with 2023 teams one was there for a quick hit ,, this one is in front of the natural curve and for the future.

Looking at yesterdays team who is likely to be there or pushing to be in 3 years on best 22 if the team is a top 4 team, in no order:

-Clark - I would like to keep
-Coffield - Keep - see him replace Webster
-Gresham - if costs too much let him go and get 2nd round pick
-Stocker - resign
-Billings - trade . Not in Lyons plan although under contract so if dont get the offer they want then no hurt retaining
