If you’re referring to Plugger and Hall, we were compensated. Both went on to become cult figures at the club, but it’s not as if they walked for nothing.

There was Tommy Gun, but he didn’t become what either we or the Swans had hoped he would become, so no party was better or worse off.

Joel Smith could have been anything and again the injury curse struck thanks to Richard Osborne and collingwood.
Hemley, Nugent, Robert Neill and Josh Kitchen.
Neill played in 1997 GF coming in for Matthew Young who was injured but did nothing , I like many though Shane Wakelin would have been a better option.

That brought us Joel Smith who was a great player that we screwed over and Aussie Jones and we wasted pick 13. We were not screwed in the deal as Plugger only played another 98 games and we got two 200 gamers. The deal was fine but we could have done more with it.
