Re: 150 Up
Congratulations to the man, he is coach at one of the most challenging elite sporting clubs in Australia. Hopefully he is in the job for the long term, like 10 years minimum and takes the long road as I suspect he'll need every bit of that but will be happy if he can bring it in sooner.

Re: 150 Up
Decent winning percentage given the club’s shitty history.
Better than:
Goodwin (59.09%) and Fagan (56.02%) who have coached a similar number of games. Also better than Luke Beveridge (56.06%) but he has coached a few more games.

You reckon he should coach until his 70?Vortex wrote: ↑Tue 09 Apr 2024 9:26pm Congratulations to the man, he is coach at one of the most challenging elite sporting clubs in Australia. Re: 150 Up
Never been his biggest fan but deserves to be our second longest serving coach - well earned. Second most successful too… would love to see him become the most successful

Re: 150 Up
Why not? The US of A are happy to have late 70’s or 80 year olds to be President. ‘though coaching the Saints to second flag might be a harder task than President of the US of A methinksSaintPav wrote: ↑Tue 09 Apr 2024 9:41pmYou reckon he should coach until his 70?Vortex wrote: ↑Tue 09 Apr 2024 9:26pm Congratulations to the man, he is coach at one of the most challenging elite sporting clubs in Australia. Re: 150 Up
Can’t moment he made at a recent presser
We’ve assembled an offield team that can be here for 10 years, long after I’m gone
This suggests he will do 4-5 years and retire
That’s about the cycle of a team imo
The Steele, Sinclair, Wilkie, Marshall, Hill era

Re: 150 Up
As long as Harves is 2ic then why not…or Harves takes over coaching and Ross moves into a director role.SaintPav wrote: ↑Tue 09 Apr 2024 9:41pmYou reckon he should coach until his 70?Vortex wrote: ↑Tue 09 Apr 2024 9:26pm Congratulations to the man, he is coach at one of the most challenging elite sporting clubs in Australia.
