Guys...if I was a club that had a big blonde FREAK running around up forward I would probably propagate a little story about the big decoy bloke who runs around up there with him to deflect a little early game heat...

But that's just me.

NO ONE on their nelly could play a half of footy like Koz played with a cracked rib, minor or greenstick or whatever.

Has anyone here cracked a rib?

I did it in my rugby days twice.

It's ridiculously uncomfortable.

Koz was winded.

I reckon that's the one selection certainty thus far.

He's the insurance policy. Quick tall, can ruck at a pinch, play forward and do the whole defensive pressure thing.

Are you saying Stanley will play?

If so, you are very wrong.

No. Absolutely not. I'm saying he's listed as an emergency for an unforeseen horrible last minute happening to anyone forward of and including centre.

Gerard Healey mentioned the possible broken rib theory on radio tonite also.....said it was a "whisper" he heard.....who knows .... I was well pleased to see Kosi finish the game strongly..... we need him coming home in the last Qtr as a force up forward..not fading as against the cats

Ive cracked ribs a few times in my wrestling days and I agree its very painful and uncomfortable.

You cant breath, run or jump properly and it makes life very hard.

Jackoffavich is putting foward an OPINION that the media is taking as fact.

To be fair, it's not boxing at shadows. Jakovich actually announced it on TV last night.

And I must say that Liam Pickering's response and reaction was a bit strange.

With Macca out (so far), Kosi would be expected to ruck so you would be expecting him to be fine.

Agree, with one ruckman you would expect our pinch rucks to be 100%.

If Justin Langer (possibly most mentaly tough sportsman ever) cant bat with a broken rib then Kosi couldn't possibly have played a second with a broken rib.
Ridiculous

KEY St Kilda forward Justin Koschitzke is in doubt for tomorrow's grand final because of injury.
The Australian understands that he suffered rib damage during a heavy collision in last Saturday night's preliminary final against the Western Bulldogs and at least one may be broken.

I wont put much in it until the club announces something.

I think our big Kos will play. I trust that our club would not name a team that isnt fit to run.

Maybe its my red, white and black glasses view, blind faith or wishful thinking.
