Leading by example mart. No not every goal is great leadership but goal kicking can be self fulfilling and I reckon that’s because it leads to confidence for the team all round. Leading by example is key and yes that’s a range of things but in the end it’s the on field work whether it be the smother the mark or the goal…and reality is goals are the aim of the game
