Long gets that and I laugh to think back to Cotchin smashing a bloke in a final and it was all G.
Who was the player who got off twice this season with a fine for a sling tackle?

Think of me long enough to make a memory.

without going of course too far
Hawkins has elbowed a player in the face twice this year (including in the game on Thursday night) and apparently not enough force was the outcome so fined??

This is not going to get Longy off.

You all know it wont. If we were going to get the impact downgraded, it was last night.

We will be already planning to go into this final without him.

At its very worst this is symbolic of how we should stand by our group. And Longy needs to know, the group needs to know that we will take it as far as we can.

But we need to move on immediately.

Personally I think it stinks and the consistency is horrendous and the timing is incredibly frustrating.

Longy should not change the way he goes about it one bit. But he needs to know where that line is. If he had of gone in lower, or even put an arm out to tackle, we wouldn't be here. He was given free reign this year to play his own style. He hits for keeps. Keep doing it, back yourself.

With any luck he comes back in for a Prelim and obliterates someone.
