Exactly. We also are starting to play a shorter handball game too. I wonder why this is so. Could it be we are missing the team talk without Goddard?

We need to have some player protection locked into our game plan to build some confidence with our short kicking disposal. Right now I would prefer they kick long at all costs, have Ksoi back to crash packs and bring those small forwards back into the game to apply scorebaord pressure. Opposition defences must be salivating when they see the simple turnover provided.

I f long kicks go astray and rebound at least there is more change to regroup in defence that be outran to the goal line.


Midfield clearances and clear winners are needed to make an effective forward line.

You need to protect the ball handler to increase posession efficiency
